CONTRAINDICATIONS

Ultrasound Cavitation treatment is not for everybody. Even though it is a safe and painless procedure, there are contraindications for using cavitation devices. Such contraindications will depend on the individual's medical history. 

​

Ultrasound Cavitation is not a treatment for obesity nor is it a weight loss procedure. Instead, it is a method for sculpting the body and reducing fat circumference. It is particularly intended to reduce localized fat tissues which are resistant to exercise.

​

During menstruation (do not apply to abdomen), pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have hight or unbalanced cholesterol, thyroid diseases, heart disease or pacemakers, autoimmune disease, HIV or AIDS, cancer in any form at any time, severe high blood pressure or circulation problems, liver or kidney disease.

If you are taking any anticoagulant medication antibiotics, or you are under the age of 18 you are not eligible for this treatment.

​

*If you have an IUD it is imperative you check the IUD for placement after each session if applying to abdominal area.*

MEDICAL CONTRAINDICATIONS ALSO INCLUDE:

​

• Epilepsy

• HIV/ AIDS

• Uncontrolled Thyroid Glands Dysfunction

• Diabetes (Uncontrolled)

• Hypertension

• Cardiac Arrhythmias or Heart Disease

• Pace Makers

• Actively Undergoing Chemotherapy Or Radiation

• Recent History of Cancer

• Immuno-Suppressed Disorders

• Photo-sensitivity to 650-660 of light

• Current Infections including viral

• Currently on Menstrual or have been in the last 3 days 

• Pregnancy/ Abortions with-in the last 6 months

• Any cold sensitive conditions/ cold intolerance

• Individuals must reframe from blood thinners, antibiotics (with-in 10 days prior to treatment) and Steroids 

(3 weeks prior)
